We offer a 30-day return policy. You may submit a return request within 30 days upon receipt of the industrial equipment.

To qualify for a return, the equipment must be kept in original condition, uninstalled and unused, with all accessories, labels and original packaging intact. A purchase receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label together with detailed return instructions. Goods returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect the equipment immediately after delivery. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide proper solutions.

For item exchange, we recommend you first complete the return process. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the equipment you need. This is the most efficient way.

Regardless of the above terms, orders shipped to the European Union are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel the order or return the goods within 14 days for any reason, without further explanation. The returned equipment must be unused, with complete accessories, labels and original packaging, accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned equipment, and inform you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
