The LW3 Series Isolation Safety Barrier is an intrinsically safe associated device connecting instruments in the hazardous area of industrial sites and instruments in the safe area of the control room. It can isolate and transmit signals (such as current, communication, thermal resistance, thermocouple, and switch signal) from the hazardous area to the safe area, realizing complete isolation of input-output-power supply channels.

It can also convert and distribute signals (such as current, voltage, resistance, and thermocouple) to meet the needs of industrial automation control systems, while solving system interference problems and ensuring stable and reliable operation.

Overview: Provides 16~28VDC power distribution for two-wire/three-wire transmitters in the hazardous area, receives their 4~20mA and other DC current/voltage signals, and outputs corresponding DC current/voltage signals to the safe area control system after isolation and anti-interference processing. (III) Intelligent Temperature Transmitter Isolation Safety Barrier

1. LW3117 (1-in-1-out)

Overview: Receives thermal resistance, thermocouple, millivolt or resistance signals from the hazardous area, and outputs standard DC signals to the safe area after isolation and linearization processing. Equipped with USB TYPE-C interface, supporting online configuration (setting input sensor graduation number and range) by connecting to a computer. It has wire break fault diagnosis and alarm function (power indicator flashes when alarming). Three-terminal isolation of input-output-power supply, plug-in terminals are hot-swappable.
