Hardware Installation for Industrial Bus Gateway
Mount the LW Series industrial bus gateway on a standard 35mm DIN rail, ensuring secure installation to avoid vibration impact. Install away from strong electromagnetic interference sources such as inverters and motors.
Power Connection for LW Series Gateway
Power the industrial gateway with DC 24V (supports 12-30V range). Ensure correct polarity connection—reverse polarity may damage the device.
- Brown Wire: DC+ (24V)
- Blue Wire: DC- (0V)
- Yellow-Green Wire: Ground (Optional, Recommended for Anti-Interference)
Network Connection for Industrial Bus Gateway
Connect the gateway's Ethernet port to an industrial switch or PLC using an Ethernet cable. For PROFINET series, shielded industrial Ethernet cables are recommended for stable communication.
