1. Order Processing & Dispatch

1. After full payment is confirmed, the time for stock preparation and shipment shall be subject to mutual communication and agreement. For customized equipment and complete large-scale industrial systems, the delivery lead time shall follow the signed contract.
2. All goods will be delivered to the shipping address, contact person and phone number provided in your order. Please ensure all information is accurate. Any extra shipping cost, storage fee and risks caused by incorrect address, invalid contact or failed delivery shall be borne by the buyer.
3. All industrial equipment will be professionally packed with shockproof and moisture-proof materials. If you require additional services such as wooden crate, fumigation, commodity inspection or special packaging, please inform us before placing order. Relevant fees will be charged separately.

2. Shipping Cost

1. All product prices shown on our website do NOT include international freight, customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, port charges or local delivery fees. All logistics expenses shall be paid by the buyer.
2. The total shipping cost is calculated based on gross weight, volume, destination country/region and shipping method (Express / Air / Sea / Rail / Special Line). We will send you an official freight quotation after your order is placed. Shipment will be arranged only after both parties confirm the cost.
3. Extra charges for bulk orders, oversize & overweight cargo and controlled goods will be quoted separately.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

1. Available shipping methods: International Express, Air Freight, Sea Freight, Rail Freight and dedicated logistics lines. You may choose your preferred method.
2. All delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any delays caused by flight schedule changes, vessel delays, customs inspection, bad weather, local government policies, pandemic or other force majeure events. No compensation will be offered for such delays.
3. Remote area surcharge, over-length & over-weight surcharge will be applied according to the official rules of logistics carriers.

4. Customs & Import Clearance

1. The buyer is fully responsible for import customs clearance, all applicable duties, taxes and local charges at the destination country. We will only provide standard documents including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and product certifications for clearance assistance.
2. If the goods are detained, returned or destroyed due to incomplete documents, improper declaration, import restrictions or buyer’s reasons, all losses and round-trip freight shall be borne solely by the buyer.
3. For shipments to the European Union, Russia, Southeast Asia and other regions, please confirm local certification and market access requirements in advance. We take no responsibility for clearance failure due to missing certifications.

5. Goods Risk, Damage & Acceptance

1. Once goods are handed over to the logistics carrier, title, risk of loss, damage or disappearance of the products shall pass to the buyer immediately.
2. Please inspect the package and equipment carefully upon arrival. If you find severe package damage, equipment collision or missing parts, please refuse acceptance on site, take photos and videos, and contact us immediately. Claims for exterior damage or missing parts will NOT be accepted after signed acceptance.
3. For total loss or complete damage during transit, compensation will be processed in accordance with carrier rules and insurance coverage. Orders without shipping insurance will not be covered for loss or damage. We recommend purchasing insurance for high-value industrial equipment.

6. Refusal of Delivery, Return & Address Modification

1. If you refuse delivery without valid reason, refuse to pay duties or reject to sign for the goods, all return freight, storage fee, port demurrage and destruction cost shall be borne by you. We reserve the right to deduct all related fees before processing any refund.
2. Address modification is NOT allowed after shipment departs. If address change is urgently required, all extra fees shall be paid by the buyer.
3. We cannot guarantee successful cargo interception after dispatch. All incurred logistics fees are non-refundable.

7. Prohibited & Special Goods

1. Flammable, explosive, corrosive and high-pressure hazardous industrial parts are prohibited for regular shipment. Full set of dangerous goods certificates and transport identification documents must be provided in advance for arrangement.
2. For equipment and parts under international trade control or import quota restrictions, the buyer shall confirm relevant import permission beforehand.
3. User manuals, spare parts and accessories will be delivered together with main equipment and will not be shipped separately.
